The YCO2025 competition will give you the opportunity to use F+B Engine from Kitchen CUT to create recipes, sub recipes, track nutritional information and allergens as well as a whole host of other features.
Kitchen CUT – an Introduction from John Wood
Kitchen CUT Co-Founder, Michelin Starred Chef and YCO 2025 Judge, John Wood runs through the basics of the Kitchen CUT system and demonstrates just how simple it is to use.
Why use Kitchen CUT?
By creating your recipes in Kitchen CUT, costings, allergens, nutritional and calorific data will all be automated.
We should also point out that there will be 20 EXTRA POINTS available for those competitors that complete recipes inside Kitchen CUT before the designated cut off date of 12th January 2025. In previous years there has been just half a point between some of the top competitors. Every mark counts so it’s essential that you familiarise yourself with the system.
Username and Password
Your Kitchen CUT username and password will be sent to you in the coming weeks. Please be reassured that your login is specific to you, your college and your country. No competitor or mentor will have access to the accounts of other competitors or mentors.
NB: There is a 24 hour expiry on the login in link from time you receive it. However, you can still access the system by logging in as per the email instructions and requesting a new password.
