What are the letter symbols showing against my recipes?

If you've signed up to Klimato CO2e tracking software which is integrated with Kitchen Cut, you'll see the CO2e Values of recipes shown against them when you view the Full Recipe Costing sheet.

You will also see the Carbon Categorisation labels - these will show as a large letter A - E to categorise the Carbon Footprint of the dish, where A represents very low carbon intensity, and E represents very high carbon intensity. These will show on Recipe and Menu Costing sheet views.
