Removing Revenue Outlets

Step-by-step guide

Removing a Revenue Outlet should only be done when you are sure that the outlet is no longer required, as this action affects reporting and system organisation. This process can be completed by Admin-level users.


🔄 How to Remove a Revenue Outlet

To remove a revenue outlet:

✅ Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Revenue Outlets tab.

  2. Locate the outlet you wish to remove.

  3. Click Actions next to the relevant outlet.

Once removed, the outlet will no longer appear in any outlet-level views or reports.

  • Only Admin-level users can perform this action.

  • Ensure that no data (e.g., stock or sales records) is actively being tracked for the outlet before deletion.

  • If the system prevents the deletion due to dependencies (e.g., linked data), you may need to contact support for assistance.
