I've added products but I can't see them
When creating new products on Kitchen Cut there is a delay between creating them, and the new products being available to see and use. This is due to the handling of data in the backend. The product is first written to the database, and then shared down to your outlets to make them visible.
The processing jobs that handle this run every few minutes, but work on a queuing system so at times of high traffic can take a little longer. If you're experiencing long waits for particular products please contact Support and we can look into this for you.
