I'm trying to log in but all I see is a blank white screen

Sometimes Browsers get updated, scripts change and normal accessible sites become inaccessible or we see some odd results. This can happen at any point as the varied browsers change, adapt and upgrade.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. Below are some tips to rectify any issues -

For Firefox:

Clear the Cache and Remove Cookies
- Warning!! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.
Type 'about:preferences'<Enter> in the address/URL bar

Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site.
Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.

Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type 'about:preferences#advanced'<Enter> in the address/URL bar

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Navigate around a few safe web sites. Are there still problems?

Then restart.

For Chrome:

Click the icon that looks like three stacked lines at the top right of the browser window.

Select 'Settings' in the drop-down menu.

Click on 'Show advanced settings' at the bottom of the Web page.

Select 'Reset browser settings' at the bottom of the page.

Select 'Reset' in the confirmation pop-up window.
