If you have forgotten your password and cannot locate your original sign up notification email, you can reset your password in a couple of ways -
- Contact your system owner or administrator to ask them to send you a password reset > log in > click on System > then Users > find your name on the user list > click actions > before finally clicking on 'Reset Password'
- If you are the account owner and have lost your password, then simply navigate to your usual log in page and click on link as show below -
You will notice under the 'sign in' button there is a link 'Forgot your Password?'.
Click this link and follow the instructions.
If you simply want to update your password -
Go to your Dashboard, Click on your name in the top left hand corner, which will take you to your profile page. Click on “Change password” and then type in your current password, followed by your new password. Make a note of your new password somewhere safe. Click on “Change.”
